The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to transit and a vibrant quarter with many good restaurants close by. The bedrooms were located at the back of the building, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The beds were super comfy and the place was clean. The kitchen had enough equipment for short visits and the WIFI worked well, making it convenient for remote work. There was good clothes storage in both rooms and a nice shower room with hot water.

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired, making it difficult to stay comfortably for longer stays.

A tub bath, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Setting short walk to Paris, shops. Nearby Joseph & Raymond - best spot for evening drinks.

The database proved to be very convenient and reliable, allowing me to easily book this accommodation. the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was situated within a short distance of the Gare du Nord Metro Station and only 19 km away from Orly, the nearest airport.

I did experience a minor inconvenience during my stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable, with spiderwebs and dust on the wood stairs that were never removed throughout my time there.

our second stay in paris was absolutely perfect thanks to the charming New Paradis - 2Bdrs Flat In The Heart Of. The location was excellent, with easy access to transit and plenty of dining options nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. The helpful and friendly staff made our trip even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at New Paradis - 2Bdrs Flat In the Heart. the apartment was beautifully furnished with clean and simple lines. the towels and bed linen were of good quality and felt light and airy. the shower was great and there was plenty of hot water. We felt very safe and secure in the lively location, but the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. the LED lights up the staircase to the flat were a nice touch.
